ABOUT YOGA THERAPY
Yoga Therapy is a therapeutic course composed of a series of private 1-1 classes. Because therapy is an ongoing practice, one time classes aren’t the focus. These sessions are aimed at people with specific ailments who wish to improve their health conditions through yoga, using breath, movement, meditation and mantra.
WHO I WORK WITH
I primarily work with people who have persistent pain and long-term illnesses, helping you find ways to live with more ease and a fulfilled life using yoga principles.
